I Need a New Camera...

the one I have sort of fading and not working as well as I'd like. A lot of the pics on here recently have been taken by a friend, and I have pics of SP packages, some WIP and all sorts of other stuff I need to photograph. What do you use? Would you buy it again?

I have a Canon PowerShot (the SD500 model). I highly recommend Canons, especially their point-and-shoot cameras (the whole PowerShot line is probably a good bet).

I briefly owned a Sony CyberShot a few years back, but didn't really like the features...so I returned it, and have stuck with Canons since. =D Hope that helps!

I recently bought the Canon Powershot A640. I love it! Check fatwallet.com hot deals forum (do a title search on the camera you're interested in) for the best deals.

I have a Fuji Finepix. Love it.

Whatever camera you get, get a FAT memory card. That is worth it.

You can try B&H Photo/Audio in NYC. They are awesome. But usually closed for Jewish holidays, so 'ware.

The Kodak EasyShare cameras are really easy to use; I got tired of teaching my boyfriends how to use my SLR =)

I have a Canon Powershot A540. It's about $160-170 right now. it's six megapixels, and 4x zoom. Does a great job, lots of extras, easy to use, and I'm really happy with it. The pictures on my (sadly neglected) blog were all taken with it.
